curly Kale

Organic Curly Kale has a distinctive cabbage flavour and frilly texture. The brassica retains nutrients and, critically, 'crunch' when braised or baked with garlic and oil. It makes the perfect accompaniment to wintery stews. Alternatively, take advantage of kale's health advantages and pop a few leaves into your morning smoothie.

These well-formed fruits have a deep red colour; thick-walled, meaty, and flavourful, with good keeping quality on or off the vine. Add them to salads for colour, roast them or finish your pasta sauce with them. 

sugar snap peas

Sugar snap peas are best eaten raw, lightly steamed, boiled or stir-fried. They have an excellent crunch to them, making them a fantastic addition from a texture perspective to salads and stir-fries. Their flavour is herbaceous and their shape is rounded.
