Smallholder farmers are at the heart of our business model

At GreenPath, we employ an inclusive business model, sourcing directly from male and female smallholder farmers.

Female farmers are a part of our core strategy. Why? Because investments in rural women will accelerate economic growth. Women represent a significant share of the workforce, manage resources carefully, and invest in children. There's also data to back that up. Economists at the World Bank estimate that annual GDP growth in Ethiopia could increase by 1.9 percentage points by reducing basic gender inequalities in education and the labor market.
